Bid is for the item pictured which measures just over 5 inches long  by 1 inch wide at the base. It weighs 109.5 grams. Lepidoliite is useful in activating the throat and heart Chakras and the third eye. It opens the crown chakra and allows the flowering of the inner lotus. It is used for stress reduction and to alleviate despondency which is not entirely surprising since it's main element is lithium and is a primary ore of lithium.
