I am not familiar with the program so the information below is from Thousand Trails.   This is a Thousand Trails Membership if you go to the Thousand Trails web page at http://www.thousandtrails.com/ you will find that regionally there are Thousand Trails campgrounds in nearly all the same locations as the other membership campgrounds.   The Gory Details:   This is a Thousand Trails ONLY membership. It is my understanding that with this membership you can stay up to 14 nights at a resort with 7 nights out before returning.  With only 4 nights you can go directly to another resort. Reservations can be made 90 days in advance. You can only reserve one holiday in the system at any given time. Annual dues have been paid through December 31st 2008. Dues for the new member will be $549 per year. There is a $299.75 transfer fee which is to be paid by the winning bidder. Postage will be paid by the seller. Payment can be made through PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. Transfer of the membership is handled by Thousand Trails; once full payment is received the appropriate paper work will be submitted to Thousand Trails.  According to Thousand Trails this process takes about three weeks.
