These lockable restraints can be used with or without locks. This high-end gear is of our own design. As I have stated before we strive to offer different, high quality products at a reasonable price. The 1/2-inch neoprene is top quality closed cell that is soft but firm. The leather lining on the padding is bonded to the padding to resist bunching and shifting of the liner and padding. The "pad" is then bonded to the cuff and then sewn to the black latigo cuff by use of a commercial walking foot leather sewing machine. Anefil nylon thread is used in this process for added strength. 1 inch 8/9 ounce black latigo strap. 2 inch 8/9 ounce black latigo cuff. All edges of the leather are rounded and polished (burnished). The padding is 2 and 1/4 inches wide for a rolled effect at the edges. Wrist sized for 5 to 10 inches. Ankle sized for 6 to 12 inches. Collar sized for 13 to 16.5 inches. At the largest size, both the wrist and ankle pads butt up end to end Same heavy commercial grade hardware we use on all of our gear.
