The report, called a "Strategic Audit," contains two parts: 1) strategic analysis, 2) valuation. The Strategic Analysis contains all necessary information regarding integral elements of the business.   The valuation and financials are designed to support both the entrepreneur and its investors by bringing a fair and clearly attractive agreement to the table for both parties. The entrepreneur will have the ability to review the finished document, edit and make corrections prior to its delivery to our partner investors. Requirements: The entrepreneur will be required to fill out two information sheets (just over 10 pages). Method: Once the entrepreneur submits the strategic analysis and valuation sheets, the analyst will dissect each element, improve upon each element, grade each area, and write out the perceived strengths and improvement areas. Time Allocation: 1 Week. Deliverable: 60-70 pages of research, data, valuation, financials, competitor analysis, internal analysis, external analysis with data supporting the market opportunity.
