We ship items every business day as soon as payment is confirmed by Paypal. As noted in our listings we ship from our silver workshop in Bali to where ever you are. We usually ship within 24 business hours. We have two methods of shipping: The cheapest one is airmail which doesn't include any tracking or insurance and costs $5. It takes about 3-4 weeks for a package to arrive usually and it can be up to 6 weeks sometimes. The recommended method of shipping is Expedited shipping by EMS/DHL which costs $20 for unlimited items and includes tracking and insurance and arrives usually in about 7 days. We will send you the tracking number a day or so after we ship. We are not responsible for postage times. This is the responsibility of the post office. Additional items are always sent free as long as they are paid for at the same time as the first item. Orders over $100 must be sent by expedited shipping as we cannot be responsible for orders lost in the post.
