Jabor Section, Block 12. Not far from curbside in a beautiful shaded area.   Graves are i n the Memorial Park which ONLY allows for Foot Plaques NOT large Headstones. Due to severe medical problems and the fact that I live in Georgia I am extremely motivated to sell these graves. I will consider ANY reasonable offer and would be willing to sell 4 Graves for $4,500 OBO If you were to purchase 8 Graves directly from the Cemetery the cost would be over $11,000.00 The Graves have Perpetual Care which is PAID FOR so you will not have to pay any additional monies as it is included with the purchase.The Graves can ONLY BE SOLD to persons of the JEWISH FAITH as required by any Jewish Cemetery.   When the Graves are Sold we will need to Sell & Transfer Ownership which will take approximately 7 days.  New Jersey Law requires that 15% of the Grave(s) Value be paid into the M & P Fund and $100 for the Transfer which WE WILL PAY.
