NOTICE:  Bidders can have the option to purchase additional hours for the bus separately from this auction and payable to Guinness in advance.  The winning bid will cover the rate and driver gratuity for 4 hours.  It is the winning bidder's responsibility to book the bus for the date they wish at least 2 weeks in advance.  Booking is subject to availability of the bus which is managed and regulated by Guinness.  The bus must be used by January 30, 2009.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.  The winning bid will be considered a non-refundable donation to ACAA.  If the winning bidder wishes to purchase additional hour(s) they will be responsible for the hourly rate of $250.00 plus 20% as a gratuity for the driver.  This Auction will be listed until September 27, 2008 at 9:00 PM until the reserve price is met or until “Buy it Now” is utilized. The winning bid is tax deductible; the Burroughs Audubon Society is a 501(c)(3) organization.
