The carving of these pieces does vary a bit, as seen in the pictures, but you will definitely receive one of those pictured, as we have only a limited supply so included all we have in the pictures. We particularly like the form of this hand carved pendulum, a shape that beautifully highlights the clarity of the fine, glass-like quartz. This carved shape also increases the accuracy and responsiveness. Some of these pendulums do have inclusions...what seem to be cracks deep with the stone, but these are not cracks, but rather a feature natural to the stone and highly desirable, as they can sometimes cause the stone to reflect rainbow prisms of color, and they do not, in any way, weaken the stone.
