See the picture below of the group of funeral home accessories and supplies, listed in our other auctions. You are bidding on a pair of vintage funeral home votive candle stands. I believe these would have been used at either end of a casket during a funeral ceremony. These stands include a heavy ruby glass insert. The stands appear to made entirely of aluminum. Both stands measure about 40.75" high to the rim of the glass holder (3.5" inside diameter), and 46.5" high to the rim of the glass inserts. The glass votives are about 12" long. Base is about 10" square. There is some oxidation on the bases as these have been in storage for a long time. I didn't find any cracks or other damage on either stand. Note that there is one cross missing on one of the candle holders.
