This brightly-colored deck shows symbolic scenes that convey meaning at many different levels. Each card of the major arcana has the card name and number, a keyword meaning, the astrological correspondences and two fitting lines from an ancient poem about the fusing of opposites. For example, the lines for the Fool are: "I am the unlearned and they can learn from me." The four suits are the four elements and the four court cards represent a family. Minor arcana cards are each associated with a god or goddess. They show number and Egyptian symbols as well. The set includes the book Elemental Tarot by Smith and John Astrop.
