Low hours on it was used for landscape business. It has had a new fuel pump and sender put on. 200 dollars for fuel pump because it is the newer style. Also changed oil and filters. So this unit is ready for winter. Broom works great for light snows. Also for cleaning floors and drives. Front blade is in great shape. Cab is in good shape a couple of tears on front covers, other wise looks good. Heater will work nice in winter to stay warm.  Sorry there is no mower deck. Bought with out it, this way you can buy the size of deck you want.
