TWO CEMETERY PLOTS I am offering for sale two cemetery plots in beautiful Westminster Memorial Park Cemetery located in the city of Westminster, in Orange County, California. They are plots numbers 1 and 2 in section 179 in the “Garden of the Saints”. The sale includes the “Eternal Care” package for maintenance of the sites. The park is situated between Beach Blvd./Highway 39, Bolsa Avenue, Hoover Street and Hazard Avenue. Located on 150 acres the park is considered to be one of the finest cemeteries in California. The site of the plots is indicated by the arrow on the map shown below. Westminster Memorial Park  is noted not only for its beauty and serenity but also for the many fountains and artworks located on the premises. There is a full function Mortuary on site as well as a florist and a non-denominational chapel. The cemetery is currently expanding but, according to the management, choice sites are becoming very scarce. The current price for plots in this location average over $5500 per plot.
